Şirket Yönetim Kurulu'nun sunduğu kar dağıtımı yazılı teklifi önergesi doğrultusunda; Şirketimizin 2021 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu oluşan vergi sonrası 26.397.450,97 TL net dağıtılabilir dönem karından geçmiş yıl zararları, genel kanuni yedek akçe ve yasal yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra kalan brüt 15.739.294,97 TL kar payına ilave, 777.450 TL Geçmiş Yıl Karından, 10.287.455,03 TL ise Olağanüstü Yedeklerden karşılanarak, ortaklara dağıtılacak toplam 24.500.000 TL brüt kâr payının Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda yayınlanan "Kar Dağıtım Tablosu" çerçevesinde dağıtılmasına ve ödemelerin 19 Nisan 2022 tarihinden itibaren nakden yapılmasına katılanların oy birliği ile karar verildi.
