Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 03.03.2021 tarihli toplantısında;

SPK Mevzuatına uygun olarak hesaplanan 2020 yılına ait 12.898.745 TL tutarındaki Dönem Kârı üzerinden, Esas Sözleşmemizin 30. maddesi gereği ve SPK Tebliğlerine uygun olarak Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe (1.Tertip) ve Yasal Yükümlülükler düşüldükten sonra kalan 10.013.838 TL tutarındaki Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârının aşağıdaki şekilde dağıtılmasına,

Kar dağıtımının yukarıdaki esaslara göre yapılması neticesinde, ortaklara dağıtılacak 24.000.000 TL brüt kar payının; 10.013.838 TL'lik kısmının Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karından, 1.824.906 TL'lik kısmının Geçmiş Yıl Karından, 11.230.753 TL'lik kısmının Özel Fonlardan, 930.503 TL'lik kısmının ise Olağanüstü Yedeklerden karşılanmasına,
