Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası kurulu'nun Seri (II - 14.1 No'lu) "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan ve Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2016 – 31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 34.106.592.-TL "Dönem Zararı" oluştuğu anlaşıldığından, SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dâhilinde 2016 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
