I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Yuken India Limited, registered office at No. 16-C, Doddanekundi Industrial Area, II Phase, Mahadevapura, Bangalore - 560048 maintained by KFIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (KFIN), Karvy Selenium, Tower B, Plot No- 31 & 32, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad -500032, Telangana, India pertaining to Transfer, Transmission, Duplicate Share Certificate, Mutilated Share Certificate and Deletion of name of shareholders of Equity Shares of the Company for the period from October 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. For the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per regulation 40(9) of SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) Regulations, 2015 entered into by, Yuken India Limited with the stock exchanges and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that the Company has delivered during half year ended on March 31st, 2020.

• A) Share Certificate relating to the Share Transfer Deeds received during the period from October 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers has been issued within fifteen days from respective date of lodgment of each deed except those rejected/kept pending on technical grounds.
• B) The Company has received 5 (Five) valid requests for Duplicate Share Certificates and One valid request for Mutilated Certificate. All of them approved and processed during the half year ended March 31, 2020.
• C) The Company has not received any requests for Share Transfer and for deletion of name, there was 1 (One) valid request for share transmission which was approved and processed during the half year ended March 31, 2020.
