Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 15[th] April, 2021 at 10.00 AM through video conferencing or other audio visual means inter alia to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of Yuflow Engineering Private Limited (Wholly owned Subsidiary) with Yuken India Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors through National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) mode.

As informed earlier, vide our letter dated 31.03.2021, Trading window for trading in the Company’s equity shares by insiders shall remain closed from 01.04.2021 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the fourth quarter and Financial year ended 31.03.2021, in terms of the Insider Trading Policy of the Company.
