Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to download from the Investors / Financial Reports section of the Company's website at www.yugroupplc.com

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30a.m. on Thursday 27 June 2019 at the offices of DLA Piper London, 160 Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HT.
