Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector announces that it has granted new share options to certain PDMR's under the Group's performance share plan.

The Group announces the award of a total of 837,000 options over ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with an exercise price at par value. The vesting of shares, from 31 March 2026, requires achievement of certain stretching business performance conditions, with such conditions set and to be monitored by the Remuneration Committee. The assessment against performance conditions will result in a zero award of options below a qualifying level, increasing to a full award depending on performance against these stretch targets.

In addition, the Group announces that a further 1,578 Ordinary Shares have been granted under the Save As You Earn Scheme announced 2 December 2022, at an option price of £2.28 per share.
