Grant of Options / Director dealing

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces the grant of 320,000 share options ("Options") under the Company's share option plan.

70,000 Options have been granted with an exercise price of 109 pence, being the five day volume weighted average price as at close of business on 22 February 2019, to retain and incentivise certain members of senior management.

A further 250,000 Options have been granted to Paul Rawson, Chief Financial Officer, with an exercise price of 0.5 pence. Paul Rawson, who joined the Group on 3 September 2018, is not currently interested in any ordinary shares in the Group.

The Options are due to vest on 25 February 2022, and can be exercised from that time until they lapse on 25 February 2029.     

Following these grants the Company has a total of 893,290 share options outstanding representing 5.5% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
