Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK business sector, announces that it has been informed that on 12 November 2020, Anthony Perkins, senior independent non-executive director, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and John Glasgow, independent non-executive director, acquired 8,411 Ordinary Shares. 

Following these purchases, Anthony Perkins is interested in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and John Glasgow is interested in 18,411 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
