Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that it has been informed that on 16 May 2019 Bobby Kalar, CEO, acquired 4,000 Ordinary Shares.  Following this purchase Bobby Kalar is interested in 8,652,649 Ordinary Shares, representing 53.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
