Result of AGM

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.

Results of the voting on each resolution as well as responses to questions submitted for the Board prior to the AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.yugroupplc.com.

The audio presentation, given by the Chairman and CEO as part of this morning's AGM statement, is now also available on the investor relations section of the Company's website.

The Board will provide a further update to its trading, in the ordinary course, in its July trading update covering the period to 30 June 2021.
