Result of AGM

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.

A brief presentation of the 2018 Annual Report and Accounts was given at the AGM.  No new material information was provided. A copy of the presentation is now available to download from the Company's website at www.yugroupplc.com.

The Company will provide an update on trading for the six months to 30 June 2019 by the end of July.
