Issue of Director Shares

Yowie Group Ltd (“YOW” or the “Company”) wishes to advise shareholders that due to unforseen delays in the relisting process, the Company has been unable to issue shares to ex- directors Ms Nadine Donovan and Mr William Witham and to current director Mr Greg O’Reilly, in the time frame stipulated by the ASX.

The issue of shares as contemplated in resolutions 10-12 of the Annual General meeting were primarily to compensate directors for work performed in the previous GSF Corporation Limited. The Board of Yowie will now reassess how best to remunerate these individuals but in any event remuneration will be to the equivalent value of the shares that were to be issued.
