Yowie Raises $520k via Placement

Yowie Group Ltd (ASX:YOW) (the “Company” or “Yowie”) is pleased to advise that the Company has placed 4 million ordinary shares at 13 cents per share and 2 million free attaching listed options, exercisable at 20cents (15 December 2015 expiry), to a sophisticated and professional investor.

The Company has raised $520,000 via this placement which was made out of the Company’s existing 15% capacity; the funds will be used to further develop the Company and to advance the market rollout of the Yowie product.
