ISSUE OF SHARES AND OPTIONS TO A SOPHISTICATED INVESTOR
As previously advised Yowie Group Ltd (ASX:YOW) (the “Company” or “Yowie”) has placed 4 million ordinary shares at 13 cents per share and 2 million free attaching listed options, exercisable at 20cents (15 December 2015 expiry), to a sophisticated and professional investor, Daleford Way Pty Ltd.
Yowie wishes to inform shareholders that it is required to issue a cleansing prospectus to enable the on sale of these securities by Daleford Way Pty Ltd. The Company is in the process of preparing the document and anticipates that it will complete the shortform prospectus in the next few weeks. Until such time that the cleansing prospectus is lodged the shares and options issued to Daleford Way Pty Ltd will be placed in a holding lock and will remain unquoted.
