Retirement of Chairman – Louis Carroll

As announced on 21 July 2021, the Company’s Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Louis Carroll, advised his intention to retire from his position as chairman and a director on the appointment of a replacement independent chairperson.

Yowie Group Ltd (“Yowie” or “the Company”) advises that following the Company’s annual general meeting, with the appointment of Mr Sean Taylor, Mr Carroll has tendered his resignation.

The Board would like to thank Mr Carroll for his contribution to the Company since joining the Board as Non-Executive Chairman in September 2017 and wishes him well in his retirement.
