Notification of Change in Auditor
The Board of Directors of Yowie Group Ltd announces a decision to change auditor of the Company from BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
The Directors have decided the change appropriate, as the change provides for the consolidation of services.
BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd has applied for, and received ASIC consent to resign as the auditor of Yowie Group Ltd.
The decision to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is subject to ratification by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd for their past assistance and services to the company.
