Directors Dispute

Yowie Group Ltd (ASX:YOW) (the “Company” or “Yowie”) wishes to advise shareholders that it will not be seeking a Supreme Court determination as to the validity of Mr O’Reilly’s position on the Board of the Company.

The Company believes that the composition of the board will now determined as a result of the upcoming shareholders meeting called in accordance with section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001.

The Company will issue further information on the date of the meeting in due course.
