The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Innovationpay Group Limited (the “Company”) wishes to inform the shareholders that the Company’s management has recently received many inquiries about the share holdings of the shareholder of CCB International Asset Management Limited. Based on the information, CCB International Asset Management Limited is holding 300,000,000 shares of the Company representing approximately 6.72% of the issued share capital of 4,464,639,457 Shares as at the date of this announcement.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises two executive Directors, namely Mr. Guan Guisen and Dr. Lei Chunxiong; one non-executive Director, namely Mr. Li Yuezhong and three independent non-executive Directors, namely Dr. Fong Chi Wah, Mr. Wang Zhongmin and Mr. Gu Jiawang.
