SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of SYSCAN Technology Holdings Limited (the “Company”), trading of shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited is suspended from 9:30 a.m. on 12 December 2007 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a rights issue of the Company.
