The board of directors (the "Board") of SYSCAN Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Ms Caroline Chow Suk Han was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 21 July 2000 and that on the same date, Mr Wong Chun Kit resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company.
