Block Listing Applications

Young & Co’s Brewery, P.L.C. (the "Company") today announces that applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”) for two block listings totalling, in aggregate, 1,000,000 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (the “Block Listing Shares”) to be admitted to trading on the alternative investment market of the LSE (“AIM”) (“Admission”).

The Block Listing Shares will rank equally in all respect with the existing A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in issue.

The Block Listing Shares will be issued from time to time:

• As to 500,000 Block Listing Shares, to satisfy any award of shares as part of the satisfaction of any bonus entitlement under the Company’s Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme 2022.
• As to 500,000 Block Listing Shares, pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Company’s Sharesave Plan 2022.

Admission is expected to become effective on 6 October 2025.

Block admission: interim review and cancellation

The Company provides the following information in connection with its block admission pursuant to Rule 29 of, and Schedule Six to, the AIM Rules.

The Company currently has 302,598 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each block listed under the Savings-Related Share Option Scheme adopted in 2012 (the ”2012 Sharesave”).

The 2012 Sharesave has now closed; as a result, the associated block listing is hereby cancelled. The Company has made no allotments under the 2012 Sharesave since the last block listing return was released on 15 August 2025.

The final block listing return for the 2012 Sharesave is set out below:

Block admission: interim review and cancellation

The Company provides the following information in connection with its block admission pursuant to Rule 29 of, and Schedule Six to, the AIM Rules.

The Company currently has 803,190 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each block listed under the Company’s Deferred Annual Bonus arrangements (the “Plan”).

The Plan has now closed; as a result, the associated block listing is hereby cancelled. The Company has made no allotments under the Plan since the last block listing return was released on 24 March 2025.
