The company announces that it has been notified by Tracy Dodd (People Director) that she sold 1,240 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (sold at £12.30 per share) on 13 June 2022. The shares were sold as the second part of a sale of shares to cover a tax liability arising from a deferred annual bonus share award made in June 2019.
