Patrick Dardis, Chief Executive Officer, has today sold 12,000 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital. The shares were sold at £16.40 per share and the majority of them were sold to cover a forthcoming tax liability that Patrick Dardis has arising from a deferred annual bonus share award that was made to him in June 2016.
