Circumstances giving rise to the notifications
In 2014, Stephen Goodyear (Chairman), Patrick Dardis (Chief Executive) and Steven Robinson (Chief Financial Officer) were each granted an option over 1,071 A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital pursuant to the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the Scheme). The option price is 840p per share.
The options first became exercisable today and have been exercised in full. As a result, the Company today received the notifications set out below. Before the end of September, the Company will arrange for the issue and/or transfer of shares needed to satisfy the exercise of these options.
