Profit sharing scheme – pre-retirement releases of shares – and related notifications
Circumstances giving rise to the notifications
Further to the Company’s announcement made on 14 November 2016 (regarding a prospective release to up to 72 current and former employees of all or the vast majority of the 499,348 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital allocated to them under the Company’s profit sharing scheme), the Company confirms that today, 1 December 2016, 372,284 of those shares are being released to 37 of the individuals concerned. 60,788 of the shares, broken down as follows, are being released to three of the Company’s current directors:
- Patrick Dardis, Chief Executive 6,696
- Torquil Sligo-Young, Information Resources Director 31,412
- Stephen Goodyear, Non-Executive Director 22,680
