Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

Today, Thursday, 9 July 2015, the Company was notified by Patricia (‘Trish’) Corzine, one of its directors, that she has purchased 1,000 A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital and 5,000 non-voting shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital. The former were purchased at 1230p per share and the latter at 860p per share. Both sets of purchases took place today.
