Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

Today, Tuesday, 2 December 2014, the Company was notified by Peter Whitehead, one of its directors, that he and his wife had each sold 2,900 A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital. The sales were at 1030p per share and took place today. The shares sold by Peter Whitehead had been gifted to him by his wife earlier today.
