Notifications pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

Today, Friday, 27 September 2013, the Company was notified by Torquil Sligo-Young, one of the Company’s directors, that:

1. he and his wife had each sold 1,500 non-voting shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital - the sales were at 670p per share and took place today; and

2. he, as trustee of a trust, has transferred 15,388 non-voting shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital to the sole beneficiary of that trust - the transfer was for no consideration and took place today.
