YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that it has been notified of a purchase of Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each by a Director through an automatic dividend reinvestment plan.

On 15 December 2025, Alex McIntosh, Chief Finance Officer, acquired a further interest in the Company's shares as a result of his participation in an automatic dividend reinvestment plan.

Following the dividend reinvestment, Alex McIntosh is beneficially interested in a total of 1,031 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital.
