YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, announces that it was notified on 24 December 2020 that Global Shares Ireland Ltd (the Company's share plan and corporate nominee administrator) used proceeds from dividends received on 23 December 2020 to purchase Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company at a price of £9.954 per Ordinary Share on behalf of a Director and PDMRs as noted in the below tables. These purchases were part of the automatic dividend reinvestment programme in respect of employee shareholdings.
Following the dividend reinvestment, Sundip Chahal (Chief Operating Officer) is beneficially interested in 854,858 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
