Result of AGM

YouGov, the international online research and data analytics group, announces that at today's Annual General Meeting all tabled resolutions were duly passed. This included the approval of the Company's dividend of 9.0 pence per share which will be paid on Monday 9 December 2024 to all shareholders on the register at 29 November 2024.
