Şirketimizin sermayesinin 2.085.818,18 TL ‘lık kısmı sermaye düzeltilmesi olumlu farklarından, 14.504.181,82 TL ‘lık kısmı ise geçmiş yıl karlarından karşılanmak üzere 210.000 TL ‘ndan 16.800.000 TL ‘na % 7900 oranında artırılması nedeniyle ihraç edilecek 16.590.000 TL tutarındaki paylara ilişkin ihraç belgesi , T.C. Başbakanlık Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 11.05.2018 tarih ve 21/606 sayılı toplantısında olumlu karşılanmasına karar verilmiştir.

Sermaye artırımı ile ilgili ana sözleşme değişikliğinin tesciline ilişkin işlemlere devam edilmektedir.
