On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.1150 per Placement Share to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement. The aforementioned issue price represents a discount of RM0.0022 or 1.88% from the 5D-VWAMP of YTB from 20 May 2026 to 26 May 2026 of approximately RM0.1172 per Placement Share.
