CLOSING OF THE FOURTH CONVERSION PERIOD OF THE BOND LOAN DENOMINATED "YOLO GROUP CONVERTIBILE 5% 2022-2025"
Milan, 3rd January 2024 – YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services and listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment, announces the Fourth Bond Conversion Period of the bond convertible into YOLO ordinary shares (called "Yolo Group Convertible 5% 2022-2025" - ISIN code IT0005503856) ended on 2 nd January 2024. Within the deadline, no request for conversion into shares were submitted by any Bondholders.
Details of the Convertible Bonds still outstanding are provided below:
