YOLO GROUP S.P.A.: 2024 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Milan, 22nd December 2023 - YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO" or the "Company"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services, in accordance with the disclosure requirements of Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations, announces the calendar of corporate events for fiscal year 2024:

21st March 2024	Board of Directors to approve the draft
	financial statements and consolidated financial
	statements as of December 31, 2023.
29th April 2024	Shareholders' meeting in ordinary session to
	approve the financial statements for the year
	ending December 31, 2023.
27th September 2024	Board of Directors to approve the voluntarily
	audited limited interim financial report as of
	June 30, 2024.
