BORSA ITALIANA ADMITS YOLO GROUP'S ORDINARY SHARES TO TRADING ON THE ORDINARY SEGMENT OF EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN

• The start of negotiations is scheduled for February 29th, 2024.
• The transition to Euronext Growth Milan has also been approved for the remaining outstanding securities of the "YOLO GROUP CONVERTIBLE 5% 2022-2025" Convertible Bond.
• Please note that the opening of the fifth conversion period of the Convertible Bond "YOLO GROUP CONVERTIBLE 5% 2022-2025" will take place on March 1st, 2024

Milan, 27th February 2024 - YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO" or "The Company"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan - Professional Segment, announces that it has received today from Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana") the admission to trading of its ordinary shares and convertible bonds on Euronext Growth Milan organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., which is open to retail investors.

The trading start date for the ordinary shares and convertible bonds is set for February 29th, 2024.

For the transition to the ordinary segment of Euronext Growth Milan YOLO is assisted by EnVent Italia SIM S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Advisor), ADVANT Nctm (Legal Advisor) and Twister Communication Group (Communication Advisor). MIT SIM S.p.A. will act as the Company's Specialist Operator as per Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations.
