NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 17 OF THE EURONEXT ISSUERS' REGULATION GROWTH MILAN: SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE OF SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS
Milan, 10th October 2024 - YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO" or the "Company) one of the main operators in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services listed on Euronext Growth Milan - hereby announces, pursuant to Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulations and Article 9.2 of the Company's Articles of Association, that on 10th October 2024 it received from the shareholder Smart4Tech S.p.A. the notification of a substantial change in its shareholding and the exceeding of the materiality threshold of 5% of the currently known share capital, holding no. 637.963 shares, equal to 5,04% of the current share capital of YOLO Group S.p.A.
Following this change, the list of shareholders holding a stake of at least 5% (the so-called 'Significant Shareholders') in the Company is available in the Investor/Documentation/Shareholder Information section.

YOLO Group is an insurtech company, among the main ones in Italy and with a presence abroad, with two lines of offer: services to enable the digital distribution of insurance products of insurance companies, banks and retailers (e.g., utilities and large-scale distribution); direct distribution of insurance products made in collaboration with companies.
