YOLO COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF BARTOLOZZI ASSICURAZIONI BROKER

Milan, 15 February 2024 - YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO" or "The Company"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services, has completed the acquisition of the share capital of Bartolozzi Assicurazioni Broker S.r.l. ("Bartolozzi"), broker operating in Tuscany, founded in 2013, active in the field of individual, professional, corporate and some niche insurance policies.

On 28 February 2022 YOLO acquired 51% of Bartolozzi and today the remaining 49% was purchased at an immaterial price agreed between the parties.

The agreement also provides that Marco Bartolozzi will continue to hold the roles currently held as Chief Executive Officer of Bartolozzi Assicurazioni Broker S.r.l. and Yolo S.r.l..

With this transaction, YOLO strengthens its corporate structure, further consolidates its positioning in the phygital segment, and confirms the strategic validity of focusing in addition to the B2B2C-Digital distribution model also on the B2B2C-Phygital (physical + digital) model.
