CLOSING OF THE FIFTH CONVERSION PERIOD OF THE BOND LOAN DENOMINATED "YOLO GROUP CONVERTIBILE 5% 2022-2025"
Milan, 3rd April, 2023 – YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that today the Fifth Bond Conversion Period of the bond convertible into YOLO ordinary shares (called "Yolo Group Convertible 5% 2022-2025" - ISIN code IT0005503856) ended. Within the deadline, no request for conversion into shares were submitted by any Bondholders.
