CLOSING OF THE FIRST CONVERSION PERIOD OF THE BOND LOAN DENOMINATED "YOLO GROUP CONVERTIBILE 5% 2022-2025"

Milan, 3rd April 2023 – YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services and listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment, announces that the First Conversion Period for the bond convertible into YOLO ordinary shares (called "Yolo Group Convertible 5% 2022-2025" - ISIN code IT0005503856) ended on 31st March 2023. Within the deadline, no request for conversion into shares were submitted by any Bondholders.

Details of the Convertible Bonds still outstanding are provided below:
