FRANCESCO GRIECO, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF YOLO, APPOINTED AS COMPANY'S NEW INVESTOR RELATOR
Milan, 18 January 2024 – YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services and listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Segmento Professionale, announces that, as of tomorrow, 19 January 2024, the position of investor relator will be assumed by Francesco Grieco, former Chief Financial Officer of the Company, replacing Roberta Pazzini, who has resigned from the position in order to undertake a new and different professional path.
In thanking Roberta Pazzini for her work, it is also announced that the appointment of Francesco Grieco as the Company's investor relator will be formally ratified at the first useful board meeting.
