RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Milan, 6th December 2022 - YOLO Group S.p.A. ("YOLO" or the "Company"), one of the leading players in the Italian insurtech market of digital insurance services, announces that, today, Ms. Alessia Truini resigned from her position as Board Member with immediate effect for reasons related to her professional career.
The Company's Board of Directors will proceed as soon as possible, pursuant to Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code, to appoint a new director by co-optation and will promptly inform the market thereof.
As far as the Company is aware, Ms. Alessia Truini does not hold any shares of the Company.
