Yojee Limited (ASX: YOJ) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Yojee Limited (‘YOJ’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of YOJ, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 November 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Yojee Limited (Yojee or the Company) (ASX:YOJ) , requests a trading halt of its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 in connection with a proposed capital raising to be conducted by the Company. The trading halt will allow the capital raising to take place in an orderly manner.

The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 November 2023, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to today’s announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
