YOJEE SPP EXTENSION AND UPDATED BPAY DETAILS

Yojee Limited ( Yojee or the Company ) (ASX: YOJ ), a cloud based (SaaS) logistics platform that seamlessly and uniquely manages, tracks and optimises freight movements along the entire logistics chain, would like to correct payment details for its Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ).

Yojee notes that a number of shareholders have had issues making payment for the SPP due to an erroneous ‘BPAY Biller Code’.

Key Steps for Eligible Shareholders

  1. Please use the correct BPAY Biller Code which is 305912

  2. Please use your existing Reference Number stated on the Share Purchase Plan Application Form already sent to shareholders

In order to allow all eligible shareholders to participate in the SPP, the offer period timeline originally set to close 29 January 2020 has been extended to next Friday 7 February 2020, 5 pm WST. All key dates in relation to the Offer are set out below.
