SPP Raises $2.2m plus $1m Top-Up Placement

Fully Underwritten Share Purchase Plan to raise $2 million to existing eligible shareholders oversubscribed, raising $2.2m.

$200,000 worth of oversubscriptions have been accepted under the Share Purchase Plan with over 200 shareholders participating.

Top-Up Placement will raise an additional $1.0m.

Funds raised under the $2.2m Share Purchase Plan and $1.0m Top-Up Placement are in addition to the $3.5m of funds raised under the Placement to sophisticated and professional investors completed in December 2019.
Yojee Limited (Yojee or the Company) (ASX: YOJ) , a cloud based (SaaS) logistics platform that seamlessly and uniquely manages, tracks and optimises freight movements along the entire logistics chain, is pleased to announce that it has received applications from existing shareholders for $2.2 million (44,000,000 new shares) at an offer price of $0.05 per share under its Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ), which closed on Friday 7 February 2020.
The Company is pleased to advise that all applications under the SPP will be accepted in full and that the new shares are expected to be allotted on Tuesday 18 February 2020. The new shares to be issued under the SPP will rank equally with existing Yojee fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
In addition, under the top-up Placement (Top-Up Placement) (announced, 10 January 2020), Thorney Investment Group Australia Pty Ltd ( Thorney ), or its nominee(s) will subscribe for further shares and be issued a total of 20,000,000 shares at $0.05 per share (raising an additional $1.0m).
The shares issued pursuant to the Top-Up Placement will be issued under the Company’s existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1 capacity. Shareholder approval is also not required for the issue shares under the SPP as these will be issued pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.2 exception 5.
