Yojee Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Yojee Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 16 July 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Dear Ben,

Yojee Limited (“ Yojee ” or the “ Company ”) requests a trading halt of its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 in connection with a proposed equity raising to be conducted by the Company by way of a share placement ( Placement ). The trading halt will allow the Placement to take place in an orderly fashion. Yojee has engaged Foster Stockbroking Pty Ltd (ABN 15 088 747 148) as the sole and exclusive Lead Manager to the Placement.

The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 16 July 2018, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to today’s announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
