TRADING HALT
The securities of Yojee Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 4 April 2017, or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Dear Ben,
Yojee Limited ( “Yojee” or the “Company” ) requests a trading halt of its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 in connection with a proposed equity raising to be conducted by the Company by way of a share placement ( Placement ). The trading halt will allow the Placement to take place in an orderly fashion.
The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 4 April 2017, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to today’s announcement.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
