MR DAVE REEVES RESIGNS AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Southern Crown Resources Limited (“Southern Crown” or the “Company”) (ASX:SWR) advises that Mr Dave Reeves has resigned as a Non-Executive Director effective immediately, in order to pursue other business interests and responsibilities, principally as Managing Director of Ferrex PLC.

Chairman Mr Rhod Grivas said Mr Reeves had been a valuable member of the Board. “The Board takes this opportunity to thank Dave for his support and enthusiasm since joining the Board in 2011.”
