Announcement Business Plan Implementation

Yoda PLC ("the Company") hereby informs its investors that, after its listing on the Emerging Companies Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange ("CSE") on 27 of December 2022 and, since the last Business Plan announcement in December 2024, it is operating in accordance with its Business Plan, as such is presented in the Admission Document dated 21 of December 2022.

Since the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading, the Company completed numerous transactions and acquired controlling stakes in entities which hold real estate assets in Greece, Cyprus, Italy and Switzerland or operate in the shipping sector. The transactions were executed in cash or via the exchange of shares and have contributed to the Company's growth and strengthened its financial position. In addition, the Company disposed of investments that reached their maturity stage and/or generated significant returns. Indicatively, the Company's total assets increased by c. €1.41 billion from c.€1.96 billion as at 31 December 2023 to c. €3.36 billion as at 30 June 2025.

The Company's management continues the implementation of its investment strategy while at the same time it assesses the right point in time to entry or exit each investment in order to achieve the best results for its shareholders.
